This website provides general information about Zena Suites and its services. Submitting an enquiry, using a calculator, making a contact request, or following a booking link does not create a property-management, renovation, accommodation, or other service contract. We may respond to enquiries at our discretion and may request further information before discussing scope, availability, or pricing.
3. Separate service and booking agreements
Property-management, short-stay accommodation, booking, renovation, furnishing, and related services are subject to separate written agreements, booking-platform terms, house rules, or confirmation details where applicable. Those documents control the relevant service or stay if they differ from these website terms.

You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful material, or use website content in a way that infringes the rights of Zena Suites PLT or others.
